Claire is at the cutting edge of family law, not only is she specialising in areas involving recent changes to De Facto and same sex property disputes but she is also leading the field in surrogacy arrangements. Claire is highly respected in the legal community, she has been working in private practice for almost ten years and for most of that time has practised exclusively in family law. As a senior associate with the firm, Claire’s extensive knowledge in all kinds of family matters allows her to provide the highest quality advice and gain the best results for her clients. Claire heads the elringtons family law team as the practice leader, and she is committed to driving the team to meet the standards for our clients. |

- Admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales
- Registed as a Legal Practitioenr of the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory
