Cecilia Pascoe

Cecilia PascoeCecilia practices in the litigation and dispute resolution team at elringtons.

Cecilia has a keen interest in advocacy work and is passionate about helping her clients. She especially enjoys assisting clients navigate the complexities of legal processes to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
Prior to joining elringtons, Cecilia worked as a Magistrates Associate and Research Assistant at the ACT Magistrates Court, gaining experience in both criminal and civil litigation. Her experience in the courts has provided her with significant insight into the interests of different stakeholders in litigious proceedings.
Originally from Melbourne, Cecilia studied at the Australian National University, where she obtained a combined Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Arts. Cecilia was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the ACT in 2018.

Outside of work, Cecilia enjoys long distance running, bushwalking and reading.
