Annalyse Pennetta

Annalyse has adopted a personalised, professional but empathetic approach to service delivery in legal practice. She enjoys being able to help clients through estate administration matters, which are often difficult periods of time due to grief. Annalyse returned to Elringtons in 2024 with one key purpose: to provide diligent, compassionate, and exemplary legal services to clients rooted in a technical approach, without the technical legal jargon. Annalyse has been recognised as an Australian rising star in the commercial law space, having been recognised as a nominee in the Lawyers Weekly’s 2023 30 under 30 awards (commercial law category). Annalyse has worked on complex contractual matters valued in excess of $10 million but finds satisfaction in aiding clients with all of their commercial needs. Annalyse acknowledges the importance to clients in balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes and uses this perspective to provide prompt and thorough advice. Annalyse’s diligent, prompt, and efficient approach has earned her a reputation through the industry as a safe set of hands.
