Bailey graduated from the University of Canberra in 2025 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Politics and International Relations. His practice focuses on personal injury, employment disputes and general civil disputes, and he brings real dedication to every matter he takes on.
Bailey understands that bringing or defending a legal claim can be an immensely stressful experience. This is especially true in personal injury matters, where clients are trying to recover from a physical or psychological injury while also navigating a complicated legal system. An unexpected injury rarely affects a person’s health alone. It can have far-reaching consequences for their financial security, their social life and their family.
Because legal disputes often arise during some of the most difficult periods of a person’s life, Bailey is committed to supporting and advocating for his clients throughout the process. He works to reduce the stress they face and keeps them informed at every stage.
Bailey gives clear, practical and accessible advice, so his clients understand the legal framework and the key issues in their matter. He believes that knowing the process and the options available goes a long way towards easing the uncertainty that comes with a legal dispute. Just as importantly, it lets clients take an active role in their matter and make informed decisions about its outcome.
Above all, Bailey recognises that it is his clients who are most affected by the result. He makes sure they feel heard, informed and empowered, with a real sense of ownership over the decisions that affect their lives.
