Callum joined Elringtons in May 2023 gaining valuable experience in both our Family Law and Litigation & Dispute Resolution teams. After completing his Bachelor of Laws in November 2024, he committed to establishing a practice in Family Law — an area that aligns with his strengths, being advocacy, communication and strategic thinking. Callum appreciates that family law is as much about the people, as it is legislation.
Callum supports clients through all aspects of the family law file, including both parenting and property settlements, divorce applications and family violence matters. He appreciates that a family law matter is a difficult time during a client’s life and so he employs a compassionate but robust and practical approach in service delivery, advocacy and supporting clients. He is an outcome-driven individual who is dedicated to providing clear, supportive, and practical legal advice.
