Kate completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the Australian National University in 2023, before being admitted as a solicitor to the ACT Supreme Court in 2024. Kate is now a solicitor in the Property & Conveyancing team at Elringtons.
Before joining Elringtons, Kate gained experience across a range of practice areas in Canberra, including family law, criminal law and community legal work. There she supported clients through sensitive and often complex matters. That background has given her a meticulous, detail-driven approach, strong organisational skills, and a real ability to communicate clearly with clients when times are hard.
Kate guides clients through every stage of their property transaction with clarity and confidence. She knows that buying or selling property is often a major milestone in a client’s life, and she is committed to giving clear, practical and responsive advice from contract to settlement.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Kate enjoys supporting clients from diverse backgrounds. She makes sure each client feels informed and supported every step of the way.
