The Court Process is Changing due to COVID-19 – What Now?

In a time of increasing uncertainty, Australian Courts are currently changing the way they are dealing with the matters before them.

Each Court has taken a different approach and the measures taken are evolving day to day, to stay in line with the Government advice in relation to COVID.

For some clients, the need for a quick resolution in their matter is more urgent now than ever. It is important that clients are aware of the government measures put in place and the impact Government services including the legal system and what that may mean for their legal matters.

Remain Flexible, Remain Practical

It is extremely important that you remain flexible and practical in dealings with the individuals, legal representatives and Courts at this time.
